Our friends stayed in the 3 bedroom villa at Abadi Villas and loved it; it is more than your budget but the 2 bedroom is $350pn ++ and looks to be the same sort of style.
We are going to stay at Rumi Villas in the 3 bedroom, it is much cheaper (about $200pn) but have not stayed there yet so don't know how nice it will be (hope it is ok :-) )
