I emailed Air Asia with my booking reference number for my proposed trip in October out of Darwin. Air Asia replied back to my email after about 5 days, They have given me a case number and advised that I should expect a refund in about 60 days.
Very dissapointing to see them drop Darwin, I had booked this flight last sepetember when the specials were on. Now have to look at going with the other mob jet*..... not happy using them last Oct they canned our flight.
Will be interested to see how long before they come back to Darwin.
