Seems weird though as the only flights I've been told I cannot book with Garuda here in Perth on the phone (must go online) are the domestic ones.
If as agent says it's only 'for Jakarta credit card user only' (whatever that means)then it won't accept your online booking anyway?

"After transaction is completed, passengers will receive the e-ticket and the confirmation page via e-mail
- Upon check-in at the airport, customers are required to present the e-ticket, the confirmation page, and the credit card or photocopy of the credit card used to pay for the booking
- For international flight 'The holder of the credit card used to pay for the booking must be part of the travelling party'"
