I am a diehard Sanur lover, but looking at the list of restaurants you have written, I'm not sure if it will have what you are looking for.
Sanur doesnt quite have the flash venues such ad Ku De Ta, potato head etc. It's much more laid back with most restaurants being small, intimate and a bit rustic. Saying that there are some great places to have a good feed, and a few upmarket special occasion restaurants but nothing quite like those you've mentioned in seminyak.
I haven't been to Jimbaran so can't comment.
