Several in CD. Recall using one near Legong Restaurant at western end of town. One just east of Vincents Restaurant at eastern end. Both seemed OK; neither tried any of the standard tricks to rip me off, so would recommend either.
I'm sure there was no ATM in town last Feb when I was there, though I may be out of date. If not you need to go to Amlapura10/15 minutes away.
Don't recall any rate difference ref Kuta etc.
