I booked with Bali Dolphins direct by emails, LOTS of emails!!! I refused to pay in advance because they let me down last time I'd made a booking. Co-incidently the couple from our hotel that we traveled to the dolphins with had also been let down before. Not a good way to do business BUT its sooooo worth it, its just fantastic!!
