unhealthy foods, alcohol, being grossly overweight. I think its funny anyone can give unwanted criticism or advice to a smoker about their health but tell a morbidly overweight person what THAT's doing to their health and watch out. And before you think you can negate me with a simple huh there goes a smoker I do not smoke and have been as heavy as 156 kg not anymore though .
PS just because you can smell something does not mean you are getting a dose. I can smell insect repellent out the front of a house but I am sure i am not getting insect proofed. hehehe now lets watch the sparks fly
