We overstayed our visa by2 days as Garuda cancelled flights no problems 2 extra days in Bali At immigration they said we were illegal and took us into the office where we paid $20us each for 2 days, got a receipt didn't look too official. This was 2 years ago so may have gone up.The guy was very pleasant
