Magnets, especially those of the size you indicate, are classified as Dangerous Goods when offered for carriage.
If offered as air freight, magnets (Magnetised Material)may only be carried when packed in compliance with the most stringen packing conditions as laid down by the appropriate authorities.
These "packing conditions" are considered necessary to ensure that the "MM" does not impact negatively on the electrical system of the aircraft being used for carriage.
