I would suggest obtaining a 60 day visa before you leave home, very easy to do and cost $60, this would mean you don't need to stress about overstaying and you don't need to extend in Bali ,which in Tuban can take hours with each visit and you need to go their 3 times. If you live near the indo consulate its just a matter of completing a form and providing that along with a copy of your tickets.
