If not, do so. I have found that TA responds pretty quickly. Sounds like your complaint is valid. Keep trying.
I guess it's hard for TA to root out all the posts with a special interest such as friends etc posting. But I use TA often & it's pretty easy to spot fake postings. Does take a while to get the hang of things.
Seriously, DO send your concerns to TA. In my experience they only want legit reviews. Not only positive ones.
