The reviews haven't been left by "Flipkey" - they are reviews that have been left on the Flipkey website and are somehow incorporated into the Trip Advisor listing as well - there must be some kind of agreement there. If you look at the villa listing on the Flipkey site you will see those exact same reviews, word for word, having been left by (apparently) customers.
Of course that doesn't mean they're genuine. Any review on any website is potentially planted to make the place look good. But it's not like Flipkey personnel are going on TA and leaving reviews on there.
