Traveled from CD to Sanur last year and paid 250K. Driver based at the Maya shop, just east of the lagoon. However I take JD's point; it is pretty cheap no matter what. Still plenty of private drivers around all offering "transport...transport" so you can always shop around when you are there.
Drive to Sanur now less than 2 hours as the many road works have been completed.
