Was given wrong info originally as I rang A/Asia on Thursday night when we got the txt when we were asleep?and operator told me it will take about 48 hrs for A/asia to look at it. Went away for a few days so rang A/Asia indonesia (again out of pocket)as it was Indonesia that I had to ring, and told me that I had to send a txt or email to which I wasnt told on Thursday night.Frustrating.
So you havent receive a refund either. Not good enough. They have my money for about 6 months.
Just wondering might change my dates from 4th of May to 29th of April at least that may be able to honour that. Again a lot of money out of my pocket as we are flying from Adl, so have to change flight times, dates and Hotel accommodation. Again all extremely frustrating.
Honestly had nothing but good words for Air Asia but these examples are extremely poor where everyone needs to know.
