this morning. This is the newly opened hotel on Jln. Werkudara next to Hotel Kumala (not Kumala Pantai).
The actual building itself is quite nice to look at. The rooms are built around the pool which has a childrens' end. I wouldn't call it a big pool but big enough I would think. To the left of the pool there are steps down to the restaurant. They will also have a rooftop lounge but it's not quite finished yet but expected to be next week. There is no room for gardens or open space so the rooms and the pool are pretty much it. They offer 24 hour room service.
There are some pool access rooms but he one I saw was not and did not have a porch/verandah at all. The room is of course shiny bright and new with nice bathroom and fittings. Not particularly big nor particularly small.
They are offering 50% discount until 10th March which would be a good deal I think making it aroound $70. They also have 3 day Nyepi deals on offer.
In likening it to another hotel the nearest I can get is The
Courtyard or the back area of The Haven. Haven't seen rooms in either of these so can't make a comparison.
If what you are looking for is squeaky clean and new in a good location then this hotel may be for you.
