Villa Gembira and Villa Jaclan in the Bugis Villas group....have booked them for July this year and will be there in May to have a good look around. One of them has the option of two rooms with 4 singles and the other has the option of one room with 2 singles and there is an option of a rollaway...this would almost fit your bill. We have 14 in total and need 6 singles if we can otherwise 2 people have to share a bed, its rather hard to find single beds at all I found.
