I'd take them to Bridges. It's a beautiful setting day or night. More romantic at night but then you miss the beautiful view. The food is great too.
Another favorite of mine is the restaurant at Tepi Sawah Hotel, just outside of Ubud. When I was there in November the rice fields surrounding the restaurant were amazing. If they have just been harvested it might not be as nice but it was a beautiful setting as well.
