Yes it certainly pays to be flexible with Air Asia
If I ran my business like they do I would be screwed
I guess it's the price you pay for cheap flights (and service)
Enjoy your holiday; glad it worked out for you in the end. Wish I could say the same for my totally ruined holiday!!! That I never got.
