We round up taxi trips and leave the change when paying bills.
At restaurants where a staff member has gone out of their way to play with the kids etc I have given them Rp50,000 in addition to the shared extra as they have gone above and beyond.
Same with the massage people - as there are usually a few of us having them at the same time we round up to the nearest Rp10.000 or so.
