Never seen them in Bali. Duty free may be your best bet.
If they are available, chances are they'd be same price at home. I know OPI nail polishes are more expensive in Bali than they are at dept stores here. The girl at the counter was quite miffed that I didn't want to pay $25 when I can get them for under $20 at home and sometimes half that again online. "But they're expensive because they come here on a plane from America" she tells me - like they don't have to get to Australia the same way, lol.
