Looked up their website and as you know your villa isn't mentioned. It's a local company but the website and English are better than many and I see that they will transfer you. One word of caution is that when you look at the rates of the properties shown they haven't been updated since 2008.
Why not pick up the phone and ring them to see what is available at the villa, such as insect spray, starter pack etc. If not ask items such as fruit juice, snacks etc be available when you arrive. Unless they know and trust the staff at the villa well they should also check it personally the day of your arrival. Confirm that they will do this too which should minimise surprises.
