Cavalier there is nothing wrong with this question and it certainly isn't mean spirited.
A lot of places charge 50,000Rp for an hour massage. Paying more is fine if you feel it's value for money, such as better service or surroundings. Paying more does not mean the worker gets more.
An Australian receptionist might not ......... Not relevant, this isn't Australia and costs are not the same, nor is income.
