When yu say it is 'too much' - do you mean, an 'extra' 10 - 20 or 30,000? (ie 1, 2 or 3 dollars?).
I don't think too many Balinese would take this money and blow it on the pokies. You are essentially shouting them a meal.
Don't stress about paying too much for a massage... or else you'll need another massage to relax... and that's going to start a vicious, sandalwood infused cycle.
