$9,999 and 99 cents, lol. I took a very large amount of cash thru Sydney last year, filled the forms out and the guy didn't even want to know the amount or count it. I did not declare in Bali even though i was well over the Rp100 million. Must admit i was a tad worried, but got thru without a hitch. I asked the customs guy in Sydney how much was the limit in declared money, he said no limit just as long as you can prove its its legal and its source if asked to. Cheers.
