Last Nov our daughters were booked on Air Aisa out of Darwin and they reschedueld the flights to leave Drw 10 hours later and Dps 12 hours earlier than when they booked.
I called Air Asia and explained that this seriosuly cut into their holiday and also meant many hours waiting in Drw.
No problem, Air Asia gave a full refund even though they were the cheapest fares avialabe.
My advice is call Air Asia and talk to them, they were very reasonable in our situation and yours is worse.
