there is HAMMERHEAD GYM located on JL NAKULA upstairs of the supermarket. it is clean, has basic machines, has good mix of people, and seems to be run well.
there is also a gym, much more posh and expensine located on the beach road in seminyak downstairs of OCEANSIDE RESTAURANT , i have never been inside but have looked in the windows and it looks very clean and nice!!
