Same here, i had a booking with Jetstar to Darwin then on to Bali the next day with Air Asia, i hope this costs them a lot of customers, i for one will never book with them again, it doesn't matter how cheap their fares get. I have emailed for a refund, had a return back to Darwin in August with them also.I luckily just booked a cheap one wayer with Jetstar for the 13th June,$284 including luggage, thats travelling from Sydney. Will just wait and see how long they take to do the refund now. Cheers.
