Received notification the our DRW-DPS-DRW flights had been changed by 12 hours. I asked for a refund as we had connecting flights booked MEL-DRW-MEL and no longer matched up. No refund was available I have to accept a credit. Once the credit has been issued, you only have 90 days to use the credit to book new flights or the credit expires. Dodgy! Would rather not have had to fork out for new flights and now be stuck with a $700 credit with AA.
Oh well, we'll just have to book another trip.
