it takes a few hours to totally upload information....but these flights have been removed now for 5 days.
They would already know the new flight times if this was in fact the case. They have already destroyed people plans by altering this flight to completely different days and from 5am to 4 pm on a previous occasion.
I find it totally unsatisfactory ....they advised me they will know at the end of April what is happening ......not good enough....I asked for a refund and they said not until they do their announcement.
I have a connecting flight and want the refund so I can book with jetstar before their flights get too expensive and then I end up with paying for 2 airfares that I cannot use.
