Sorry to hear about your husband. That sounds like an unfortunate accident. Glad you had medical insurance though. I toured the Hard Rock a couple of years ago and although I loved everything, I did not love the rooms. I couldn't imagine being in Bali and not having a balcony or somewhere to sit outside, especially paying that price. I also thought the hallways would be noisy as they seemed to echo. I know some people love the HRH but I had no desire to stay there after seeing it. Each to their own I guess.
