Have taken several Cambodian bus trips that involved toilet stops on the side of the road. Everyone does their business in full view of everyone else, just a few metres from the roads edge. Nobody goes into the bush, because the country is still littered with hidden land mines. Its a case of Loss of modesty versus Loss of life.
