jacpacs(sp?)

Hi, just reminiscing about my first trips to bali...Has anyone seen any Jacpacs, the colourful jackets that rolled up into a bag!!I wonder if the tailors would be able to make any, would be very handy given this weather we are having in Sydney at the moment!!
