I agree with Adrian S the money changer in Poppies 1 which he described is honest, used him all last week and lots of times before, he is usally there in the morning and his wife in the afternoon. Also used the one at the base (near the grocery department) of Matahari, right in the corner they are also honest.
Used these guys and you won't have any problems at all, enjoy your stay.
