Nusa Dua is under renovations now so will be closed for about a year or more. You then tip your caddie depending how good there are from 100,000 to 150,000. If you share a cab at 100,000 tops then you are looking at 800,000 max or $85 then If you look at Bali Discount which includes cart caddie and golf with transfers you are paying no less than $140 up to $188 sorry i don't rate Sanur course at $100 per round. Raffles is saving you about $60 + per round if you join at $50 then you get a shirt & cap well worth $50 but you don't have to join the social club just turn up and play. Nirwarana is not discounting much at all at the moemnt as they have far too many Asian guests that will pay rack rate which is driving their prices up. Hope this helps...
