There are 2 places you can try right next door to one another in Kuta situated in the lane way between Bubba Gumps and the Sling shot.
Bali Brumby and Marthan Tailors. If you do a search for both you will find contact details. I used the 2nd one just recently for emboridery on polo shirts and they did a fantastic job and well-priced, too even though Brumby's quote was cheaper.
Give them a try and see what they come up with.
