held in a semi outdoor/indoor kitchen area made especially in a family compound. It has a dining room area where you sit and enjoy the meals you have just cooked. There were 4 people including myself who did the course the day I went. They do cater for more. Each person got their own cooking implements etc.We took home a photocopied booklet of all the recipes we cooked on the day, which was approx 10 dishes. The local market was on the way, I'm not sure of the area but it was between Kuta and Jimbaren. It was very professional the way it was run and I plan to be doing it again in a few weeks time and taking more friends with me. Hope this helps.
