My friend and I did a class in december and I am still making the recipes I learnt at home. Going again later this year and will do another class with the girls it is so much fun and very hands on. Small hint dont have anything before you leave your hotel and dont eat too much of their lovely breakfast as you wont fit in the tastings of your cooking.
