if you are walking from WaterBom and heading to Kuta Square (Matahari), it is on the left, just before the Art Market turnoff that heads down to the beach. Pretty sure it is the only DVD shop on that side of the main road between Melasti and kuta square. They had DS ones a year ago. DOnt know about 3DS?
