Guess it depends on how loyal you want to be to your usual hotel and if you feel you are getting the same value for money at the other hotel you have been quoted for. Maybe you could contact your usual hotel and ask them for a better price or do a bit more hunting around for a better price, remember a travel agent can give you just a price on accommodation. If it were me and the 2nd place was just as good as the first, I would be changeing. However I would give the usual hotel the opportunity to price match or miss out. Another thing who gets the difference is it the hotel or the booking agent?.
The price for my hotel in Sanur in June was way cheaper through a travel agent than me doing it myself. But on previous occassions it was cheaper with me booking direct with the hotel.
