I would look on Trip advisor and read the reviews. Often the star rating means little. Make sure it is a good deal, compare included features like breakfasts, room size, pool, distance to where you want to walk to, what part of Sanur it is in etc.
At the end of the day $700 is a good saving if it's for the same product.
