We have stayed here, nice hotel, beach front, snorkeling strait of the beach. When we snorkeled we were not lucky as the Ocean was a bit choppy and it stirred up the ocean floor so couldn't see anything, but have heard of lots of people snorkeling of the beach and see plenty of fish. It is just the luck of the draw.
