Seminyak accom..

Need help please.
2 couples traveling to Seminyak, early January 2013
Couple one would like a hotel, with swim up pool bar, gym and no more than $200 per night
Couple two would like a one bed pool villa around the $300 a night mark.
Is there some places that can accommodate us both?
