A Chinese lady I know weighs 38 kg. I can see her with a 35 kg stiped bag. Other passengers will need to help her to get her bag off the baggage carousel and to load it on the scales at checkin.
I have already helped several Asian female passengers with their supposedly 7 kg wheely cabin bags. The FAs refuse to help, so myself and others lift them up into the overhead lockers. Luckily, there has not been enough turbulence to dislodge these wheely cabin bags on to passengers' heads!
