Ive bought some furniture from qualityteak in kerobokan. All really good quality and never had problems with splitting. It is owned by an ex pat Aussie, they export a lot of furniture to Australia so could help you with shipping and quarantine issues. You can email directly to qualityteak_bali@yahoo.com.
