I saw their icecream and trucks all over bali. Perhaps you could have the icecream cake made and delivered to the restaurant directly? We had a standard cake made by Ixora for my daughters 15th birthday. It was a copy of a Cadbury chocolate box and was fantastic. Pretty sure a google search for Ixora will bring up their website
