They are released depending on demand - if demand is high, they don't need to sell things cheap to get rid of them and then you end up either not going or paying more than you wanted to. It's a risk - I prefer to get the early bird specials and know that I have a seat - and I agree, Penny, don't go back and see if it's cheaper later!
