to be honest I dont really know...its a drink/desert made with ice,milk(perhaps coconut) and sago and fruit jelly stuff....really yummy and refreshing..perhaps i will google it now to find out...I did see Maeve Omara show it on food safari once and tried it after that.YUUMMY
