my TA has threatened that she will not allow the recharge back to my creditcard, and Im the one committing fraud. Go figger! Wouldnt allow me to cancell my accommodation. Hence she has lost out as I havent rebooked any flights with her and wont ever use her again nor recommend her. I will reveal who she is at a later date. I had at that stage no idea if we would continue with our travel plans.
We are lucky and our travel insurance covers insolvency. Mr James the scammer has been living the highlife for quite sometime knowing the financial trouble his company was in. He has been more interested in his own highlife than those that have paid for it. I hate to say he has already covered his bases. Everything as usual is in the wifes name and so it goes on.
When are the laws going to change and protect us against these thieves. Greed greed greed.
Sad but true the richer are getting richer and the poor are getting no more.
