Rumah Santai is a small property of 5 villas and a small central pool. It's located down a laneway/driveway on Padma Utara.
Casa Padma is a large hotel style building that surrounds a pool that snakes around the property, which then has the restaurant at the middle. It fronts onto busy Jl Padma.
Location-wise they're just around the corner from each other, so that's neither here nor there, but one is on a busier street than the other.
It really depends on what you're looking for in your accommodation.
