This is a credit card that doesn't have any charges - they don't charge foreign exchange fees on purchases and they don't charge fees when you get money out at ATMs. The only thing you have to pay is if the ATM owner charges you. Exchange rate is good, too, as with all credit cards.
I've had one for years - I do a Bpay so it's in credit and use it that way.
